EverLearn En Acción
Meet the New Interns at EverLearn Education
Something exciting is happening behind the scenes at EverLearn Education, and it starts with a new intern cohort bringing fresh perspective, serious skill sets, and a whole lot of heart to the mission.
From marketing and storytelling to tech systems and digital course design, this team is proof that supporting early childhood educators takes creativity, strategy, and collaboration.
Here’s who’s helping build the future of EverLearn:
Maria Carbajal
LearnDash Course Development & Digital Learning Intern
Maria Carbajal is a senior studying Construction Management at Farmingdale State College and is based in Queens, New York.
She supports LearnDash course development and digital learning systems, helping build the structure educators rely on every day.
Her role includes:
- Designing and organizing online courses
- Improving the user experience for digital learners
- Building strong course foundations from the ground up
And honestly? A construction management major building digital systems just makes sense. Maria understands how to create structure that lasts.
Outside of work, she loves hiking, always ready for the next challenge, whether it’s a trail or a new platform build.
Alexander Escamilla
Operations & Administrative Systems Intern
Alexander Escamilla is a senior at Lehman College majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Based in New York, he’s the systems powerhouse behind the scenes.
His impact includes:
- Keeping student information organized and secure
- Cleaning up and optimizing backend systems
- Supporting operations so the team stays on track
- Making processes smoother and more efficient
Translation? If EverLearn feels streamlined, organized, and functional, that’s Alexander’s work in action.
When he’s not strengthening systems, you’ll find him watching or playing soccer and baseball. Teamwork isn’t just a hobby it’s how he operates.
Glenda Anchondo
Content & Communications Intern
Glenda Anchondo is a senior at Grand Canyon University majoring in Marketing & Advertising. Based in Arizona, she supports EverLearn’s communications through blogs, storytelling, and digital content that centers Spanish-speaking early childhood educators.
Her work focuses on:
- Elevating the voices of Spanish-speaking early childhood educators
- Creating blog content that feels real, relevant, and empowering
- Strengthening EverLearn’s digital presence with intention
For her, this role goes beyond content creation. It’s about visibility. It’s about making sure educators, especially bilingual, immigrant, and first-generation professionals, see themselves reflected in professional development spaces.
Stronger Together
This new intern cohort reflects what EverLearn is all about: diverse leadership, interdisciplinary thinking, and a shared commitment to supporting early childhood educators.
From storytelling and systems to digital course design, each intern plays a critical role in advancing EverLearn’s mission. We’re so excited for what’s ahead, and we’re grateful to have this team helping us build with intention.
