Description:
This comprehensive 120-hour course is designed to prepare early childhood educators for the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and skills in areas such as child development theories, effective teaching practices, building positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. The course includes a blend of interactive lectures, practical activities, and hands-on experience to support participants in meeting the requirements for CDA certification.

 

Scholarships Available:

If you wish to apply for the Early Childhood Education and Training Program Scholarship (EIP), you can do so at this website: ecetp.pdp.albany.edu If you are income-eligible, you can receive up to $2500 per academic year.
